Udo Stӧckl began his career in 2001 as a trainee at Commerzbank AG. In 2004, he joined Commerz Real AG as an analyst and later became the acquisition manager for North American commercial real estate markets.
In January 2011, Udo joined Avison Young in Toronto to handle Avison's European and North American cross-border activities. In this context, he has completed $ 450 million across North America and Europe. His sale of 30 Crown Palace in London, UK, was the first investment transaction in Europe for Avison Young and a purchase in Cologne - completed in April 2014 - represents the first Avison Young deal in Germany.
In January 2014, Udo became Managing Director and Principal of the company and opened Frankfurt's first Avison Young office in Frankfurt. Udo has successfully completed $ 2.7 billion in geographically diverse transactions involving various asset types.
Udo holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University in Mosbach, Germany and a postgraduate degree in Real Estate Management (2008) from the International Real Estate Business School (IREBS) in Essen.
