Avison Young completes lease extension for Media Frankfurt GmbH in the “Main Airport Center”

The company remains at its long-term location in the Frankfurt Airport City

Frankfurt am Main – Avison Young has successfully completed a long-term lease extension for Media Frankfurt GmbH in the "Main Airport Center" (MAC) at Frankfurt Airport. Media Frankfurt, which specialises in marketing airport advertising, has already been a tenant at Unterschweinstiege 2-14 for ten years. The property is owned by a Singapore-based REIT.

The MAC is one of the most prominent buildings at Frankfurt Airport City. The multi-tenant property comprises around 54,000 sq.m. of modern office space on eleven floors. The building also includes an in-house canteen with around 300 seats and a parking garage with more than 1,400 parking spaces. The MAC is located just a few minutes from Europe's largest continental airport. A shuttle bus connects it with Frankfurt Airport's Terminals 1 and 2. The ICE terminal, the airport’s long-distance train station, and Frankfurt's city center can also be reached within a few minutes by public transport.
