Bastian Jourdan named new Head of Office Leasing at Avison Young in Frankfurt

Frankfurt – Avison Young has a new Head of Office Leasing in Frankfurt: Since December, 1st Bastian Jourdan is responsible for the Office Leasing team.

Frankfurt am Main – The international real estate services firm Avison Young has a new Head of Office Leasing in Frankfurt. Bastian Jourdan has been responsible for office leasing at the location since 1 December. In addition to expanding business with existing customers and acquiring new customers, the 40-year-old will support the company’s local and national expansion in the area of office leasing both in Frankfurt and from Frankfurt. Bastian Jourdan heads a team currently consisting of five brokers and advisors. He reports to Udo Stöckl, Principal and Managing Director of Avison Young in Germany.

Bastian Jourdan previously worked for Cushman & Wakefield for four years, most recently as an associate and deputy head of the office agency department. His responsibilities included looking after and acquiring major national and international customers as both tenants and owners. He previously held various positions at Savills in Frankfurt from 2005 to 2015. During this time, he also focused on structuring and realising commercial acquisitions and lettings.
