Avison Young brokers employment agency Mettmann and jobcenter ME-aktiv 3,200 sqm in their new joint office location in Hilden near Düsseldorf

Düsseldorf – The employment agency Mettmann (Agentur für Arbeit Mettmann) and the jobcenter ME-aktiv merge their offices and move to a new joint location at Hochdahler Straße 14 in Hilden near Düsseldorf. The international real estate services firm Avison Young has brokered the two tenants with a total of 3,200 sqm for this purpose of which approximately 2,780 sqm will be occupied by the ME-aktiv. Auric Investment GmbH is the lessor of the property for which Avison Young was entrusted with the conclusion of contract. The new tenants are scheduled to move in during the first quarter of 2021.

The six-storey office building from 2003 with a total lettable area of approx. 6,300 sqm is located in the city centre directly adjacent to Hilden's pedestrian zone and is within walking distance of the Hilden suburban railway station. The office space let by the employment agency and the jobcenter was previously occupied by the international finance and retail company Diebold Nixdorf. The former main tenant moved out last year. With the conclusion of contract with the two new tenants, the building is again close to 75% let.
