Marcel joined Avison Young in April 2015 as the first member of Avison Young’s Office Leasing Team in Germany. He advised several national und international tenants and landlords in his role. Since 2019 Marcel is in AY‘s investment team and works on both regional and supra-regional investment transactions.

Prior to joining Avison Young, he spent almost 3 years with DTZ in Frankfurt working on the Office Advisory Team and representing several well-known national and international clients. Marcel has more than 10 years of experience in the real estate industry.

Marcel is a qualified property professional and a graduate of International School of Management in Frankfurt where he earned his Bachelors of Arts in Business Administration.
