Frank joined Avison Young in March 2015, bringing with him over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.
Prior to joining Avison Young, Frank was the Head of Retail Investment at BNP Paribas Real Estate for over 4 years. As Head of Retail Investment, Frank was responsible for all German sales and the marketing process of retail properties with a focus on shopping centers, retail parks and department stores.
Prior to BNP Paribas Real Estate, Frank spent 11 years with Commerz Real as the Head of Acquisition for their retail transaction team in Germany, Benelux and the Nordics. While in this role, Frank successfully completed investment transactions totaling 4bn, spanning across various property types. Other highlights include the sale of the shopping center “PEP” in Munich with a total investment volume of 450 million and the sale of the shopping center “Europapassagen” in Hamburg with a total investment volume of 350 million.
Before joining Commerz Real, Frank worked with eka Real Estate as Acquisition Manager and was responsible for acquisitions, asset management and developments in Germany.
He graduated with a degree in Economics from the Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz.
