Avison Young appoints Frederic Horatio Feldmann as Head of Investment in Berlin

Monique Ibscher joins team as Associate Director of Office Leasing

Berlin – Avison Young has appointed Frederic Horatio (H.) Feldmann as new Head of Investment in Berlin with effect from 1 February. The 32-year-old previously worked for Catella Property GmbH, where he had been advising investors as Associate Director for Corporate Finance, Capital Markets and Transaction Advisory since 2016. Prior to this, he held positions at the Berlin-based real estate companies Winters & Hirsch and Aengevelt. Over the course of his ten-year career, Frederic H. Feldmann has supported real estate transactions with a total value in the mid hundreds of millions. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Real Estate from the Berlin School of Economics and Law and a Master of Science in Real Estate Management from the TU Berlin. He has also successfully completed the Real Estate Investment & Finance programme of George Washington University (USA).

Also at the start of February, Monique Ibscher joined the office leasing team in Berlin as an Associate Director. Avison Young’s team in the capital city has thus increased to a total of 18 employees. Ibscher most recently spent nine years working for the office leasing team at the estate agent Angermann Real Estate Advisory AG. After completing vocational training in real estate and a Business Administration degree with a focus on the real estate industry, the 30-year-old acquired many years of experience and in-depth expertise, which she most recently demonstrated in key account management and as director of the letting team in Berlin.
