Julian Haubrock (MRICS) began his career in 2006 as an apprentice at Bielefelder gemeinnützige Wohnungsgesellschaft (BGW).

After completing his apprenticeship as an real estate agent IHK and some professional experiences he joined VÖLCKERS & CIE in 2010 as a consultant in Hamburg and later became a senior consultant. Since then, he has been serving major customers in the office real estate sector.

In 2015, Julian studied at the Academy of Real Estate Economics (ADI) and obtained a degree in Real Estate Economist (ADI). Since June 2017, Julian has been a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).

On 1 July 2019, VÖLCKERS & CIE became part of Avison Young - since then Julian has been working for Avison Young.
