We bring owners and tenants together
In our Leasing division, we bundle all leasing services in the office, retail and logistics real estate segments and actively represent the interests of occupiers, tenants and owners. Our Tenant Representation service covers all aspects from the initial investigation of whether existing rental premises have potential for optimisation, through the selection and monitoring of the rental process for new space, to the hand-over. We provide owners with extensive advice on the letting of their space. As a Landlord Representative, we can also offer our services as exclusive brokers - from the preparation of compelling marketing activities until the conclusion of contracts with new occupiers. By adopting a strategic letting approach, we secure the value and/or value growth potential of the property. If required, we also work collaboratively with our specialists in the core investment business.
